Functional Moves/ Pilates
Madison's movement journey began at age 7 when she took her first hip hop class and learned how to do a ball change. Along with a deep exploration of contemporary Pilates, Feldenkrais, Authentic Movement, and psychotherapy, Madison officially became a classical Pilates teacher in 2015. Her classes are inspired by her movement history and untamed sense of humor, ever encouraging her clients to take their practices (and their lives) lightly.
Madison is the head of this mighty business as CEO and Co-Founder of Core to Coeur from Eugene, OR.
